A new organisation structure has been introduced in I²R, with effect from 1 July 2007, that will help it better achieve its new mission and vision.  Comprising of a matrix of 10 departments and six programs, it positions the organisation to respond readily to the advantages that its new home in Fusionopolis will bring about.

Fusionopolis, which will be ready in mid-2008, is where world class talents, international companies and the local physical sciences and engineering community will come together to create new ideas, innovations and breakthroughs for future industries and enterprises.
