Charting your company’s future with OTR

As owner of a local company, do you have difficulties mapping out your business’s business strategy? Have your business reached a crossroad where you need to decide the next steps to take to ensure the company’s competitive advantage?

It your answer is ‘yes’ for either of the above, an Operation and Technology Roadmapping (OTR) exercise might be able to meet your needs. This initiative is driven by the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR). The participating company would benefit as there would be a program facilitator who will be at hand to guide you through the interactive modular sessions.

The facilitator will work closely with the company’s management to explore the external and internal business drivers, range of product or service offerings, technology solutions needed to meet future market demands and challenges. At the completion of the five workshops, the company would have a clearly charted operation and technology roadmap to guide them for future business growth.

OTR constantly seeks to help company to have a better macro view of their operation and technology plan to ensure that the resources they have invested are in line with their business strategy.
