Instructions for Paper Submission



Authors are invited to submit a 5-page full paper electronically through EDAS (submission link). Each paper should contain sufficient novelity in concept. IEEE compliance templates found in here for Microsoft Word and here for LaTeX can be used. See template documentation for details.
