Important Notes
     
1 Main Conference Fee – Each full member registration includes access to all sessions, proceedings, attendant list, daily lunches, coffee/tea & the conference dinner banquet.
   
2 Each paper requires a full member registration. Student Fee is only applicable to the second registration for a paper and excludes cost of the conference dinner banquet.

Each meeting registration entitles a delegate to present up to two accepted papers max. Please clearly specify EDAS Paper number(s) at the time of registration. This is compulsory and required for scheduling the presentations.
   
4 Over length page charge at SGD100 each is payable if your paper exceeds the five-page limit. No author may exceed seven pages.
   
Conditions and Refund Policy
   
1 Authors need register and make payment by 31 August in order to have their papers included in the conference proceedings CD-ROM. There will be no refund for registration withdrawal / cancellation by authors.
   
2 Registration Withdrawal/Cancellation by non-authors are subject to the following conditions:
- Withdrawal Cancellation Policy: No refund after 15 Oct.
- If on or before 15 Oct, an administrative fee of SGD100 applies.
   
3 Registration confirmation is subject to payment being received by the Secretariat Office.
   
4 IEEE Members enjoy special rates provided membership ID are provided at the time of registration.
   
5 Students are required to provide a student verification letter. The letter should include:
1) Student name
2) Student matriculation number (student ID)
3) Expiration date
4) University name
