Oral Presentations

- Each oral presentation is given 15 minutes, including questions & answers and thus the length of your presentation material should be in accordance to your time allotted.

- Be considerate of the other speakers and audience by staying within your allotted time.

- Please arrive at the meeting room at least TEM MINUTES before your scheduled presentation.

- You are encouraged to bring along your personal computers. Otherwise, please bring along your thumb drive or CD containing your presentation file.

- If you should require assistance, please approach the helper assigned to assist the Session Chair.

- Each room comes equipped with an LCD projector, a laptop and a screen. Laptop will be configured with Microsoft Windows XP Professional operating system as well as with Microsoft Office XP.

Poster Presentations

- These will be held from 2:30pm to 4:30pm on Tuesday, 31 October

- Presenters are expected to be at their posters for at least 30 minutes from 3pm to 3:30pm, minimum

- Each presenter is provided with a poster board of A1 size and BluTack.
