To better address Singapore’s infocomm ecosystem, I²R develops differentiated products and services to address the different segments such as Multinational Corporations (MNCs), Globally Competitive Companies (GCCs), Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and start-up companies.

  • I²R provides short term consultancy including feasibility studies as well as test and measurement evaluation services (ie. Antenna evaluation) to enable our industry partners to gain access to our research competency and facilities.

  • Research agreements are one-to-one research projects that I²R undertakes for our partners. Such project aims to enhance the technology edge of the partnering companies through the technology transfer of I²R’s background IPs, know-how and the creation of new IPs with partnering companies. Research agreements can serve as a springboard for partnering companies to gain access to new businesses and markets and to facilitate the advancement of their in-house technology and development efforts in the shortest way to quickly resolve a technological challenge or to improve and create new solution offerings to their company.

  • Joint laboratories are used strategically by I²R to provide selected partnering companies with the ability to jumpstart their R&D activities in Singapore. It aims to give them an advantage in implementing their R&D plans under more favourable conditions where IPs, know-how, manpower and technical resources are immediately available.
